I'm June. I have been teaching Yoga for several years. I teach yoga because I  want to help people to be free from pain, which I am working on with myself. Yes, Yoga is life; yoga is everything; what you see, eat, say, think, and how you act. But in my classes I want you to focus on your body's feelings because first you have to start with your body. Your body is your home. Your body is your teacher. Your body is your best friend who tells you what you need now.
